About Lakeside Packaging Plus

Lakeside Packaging Plus (formerly Work Adjustment Services) is a non-profit organization providing meaningful projects, employment and activities that enrich the lives of associates with diverse abilities. We do this at our two facilities in Neenah and Oshkosh and also through Community Prevocational Services.

Lakeside was established in 1962 by parents of children with diverse abilities. These parents, along with Winnebago ARC (now Covey), Neenah/Menasha ARC (Now SOAR Fox Cities, Inc.) and Mental Health Associates believed there was a need for an organization to provide meaningful projects and day services. Since day one, Lakeside has been an integral part of the families they serve, providing a place to work and engage in supervised activities.

Now more than 300 associates strong, Lakeside is a trusted partner for area businesses, providing hand-assembly and light production services. By recently adding prevocational services, Lakeside provides associates an opportunity to gain work experience onsite at area businesses.

Lakeside is fortunate to have dedicated Board Members, who provide support by giving feedback, support, assessment, and when required, approval as it relates to the overall operation of the Agency. Collectively, they provide a measure of assurance to the community and our funding sources that the mission of Lakeside is being implemented in caring and professional manner with integrity for everyone involved.
