Lakeside Packaging Plus, LLC Announces New Chief Executive Officer
Oshkosh/Neenah, WI – January 2022. Robert (Rob) Servais has been selected as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lakeside Packaging Plus (LPP), where he will assume leadership of LPP effective February 10, 2022.
Servais comes to LPP with years of leadership experience working in the non-profit world. He was most recently the Executive Director at Green Valley Enterprise located in Beaver Dam. His primary responsibilities at LPP will be to advance the company’s mission, oversee all operations and programming, work within the ever-challenging legislative climate to ensure the highest degree of quality for all associates with diverse abilities. In addition, Servais hopes to accomplish program growth and community awareness of all the fantastic things being done at LPP and ultimately looks to align LPP to serve the associates for years to come.
Servais states, “I am honored to be elected as LPP’s next CEO. I’m drawn to the mission, the forward-thinking approach of the Board of Directors and Leadership Team, and the overall exceptional culture of the two facilities. At LPP, it is clear the associate’s needs are top priority, and at the end of the day, I want to lead an agency with this type of philosophy. I want to continue the rich history that LPP has experienced for years. I am incredibly excited to assume this new role and for the future of LPP. We have an exceptionally talented team that truly cares for our associates.
“Rob is the right leader for LPP,” said Tom Beck, president of LPP’s Board of Directors. “The Board and I were looking for someone with a heart and passion for our mission and the required management skills. Rob has all of this, along with many years of experience within the industry. We are thrilled to have Rob Servais as our new CEO to lead and direct Lakeside Packaging Plus as we advance into the future.”
Servais replaces current CEO Margaret Winn as she retires on February 10, 2022. Her retirement day marks her 36th work anniversary at LPP. Winn started within an entry-level position and worked her way up to leadership. Winn has been CEO for the past nine years. Winn is known in the industry for being a mover and shaker and paving the way for individuals with disabilities. Winn states, “It has been a tremendous honor to serve as the CEO of LPP and work closely with the Board of Directors, my passionate employees, and the associates with diverse abilities along with their families. I will miss all of them. During my retirement, I look forward to spending more time with my husband and family, getting back to reading some good books and, doing volunteer work.”
Beck went on to say, “We are extremely thankful for the great work that Winn has accomplished over the past several years. We are happy that she has agreed to stay on to help with this transition and wish her a happy and healthy retirement.”
